By supporting moms in their postpartum journey, I am committed to my small efforts of healing our community. When women thrive, our communities flourish. After birth, the mind, body, and spirit go through a deep transformation that can shape long-term physical, emotional, and energetic health. Why would't we want to focus on our postpartum well being?Many of my offerings are rooted in Mesoamerican traditions, honoring my family’s heritage as a first-generation Mexican American. One of the core practices I support is la cuarentena—a 40-day period after birth that focuses on rest, bonding with the baby, and nourishing the mother with healing foods and rituals.Restoring for the body during postpartum lays the foundation for a mother’s happiness for years to come. This is a time when every mama deserves a supportive team to remind her of the power she owns.
